About The Docket Opportunity Tracker

The Docket Opportunity Tracker supports stakeholders as they navigate utility dockets in state regulatory proceedings. It helps these stakeholders easily plan when regulatory proceedings will occur based on adjustable geographic, utility, and timeframe parameters so that they can better allocate resources and prioritize their work.

The Docket Opportunity Tracker is a “living” tool that will be continually updated and improved. The current tool allows the users to plan for two types of proceedings: 1) a resource planning docket such as an integrated resource plan, or 2) a Fuel Adjustment Clause (FAC) proceeding where utilities submit requests to recover fuel costs.
